Taking control of a computer via the Internet
Within the context of COVID and to help you troubleshoot your PC or Mac more quickly, remote control is possible depending on your configuration and network availability. The advantage is twofold in terms of efficiency and troubleshooting time for certain computer equipment.
The connection is secure and your equipment is not exposed to any risk by installing specific software for remote control. We can accompany you for the installation by telephone, or install it on your computer during a first intervention on site.
